Responsibility Of the Seller or Realtor Upon contracting with Whatcom Realty Photos it is the responsibility of the contracting party to ensure that the photographer can gain access to the property at the time agreed upon. If nobody is there to allow entry the photographer may elect either to return at another time in which case 50% of the initial cost will be added as a convenience fee. The photographer may also elect not to return if there is not a time convenient in which case 80% of the initial fee will come due.

Upon contracting with Whatcom Realty Photos it is the responsibility of the contracting party to ensure that someone is at the property who knows which rooms and areas will need to be photographed. It is not the photographers responsibility to ensure that all areas are photographed but rather the responsibility of the contracting party. Any re-shoots necessary as a result of portions of the house being an shot due to the contracting party or anyone they elect failing to instruct the photographer will result in a new fee up to the original cost of the shoot at the discretion of the photographer.
